Kingsway To The Sea
Argentum will be overlooking the new ‘Kingsway To The Sea’ project, regenerating the green spaces and sports & leisure facilities between Hove Lagoon and the King Alfred Leisure Centre.
The park will have activity and relaxation spaces, including new gardens as oasis areas. The council has over £10m available for the project, including £9.5m from the government’s levelling Up Fund. They are aiming to finish the project in summer 2024.
